Ok, coming from what you said, it is possible that it might not be a perm, but just a cameo. I see this bus pass by Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 around 8:08 AM for the last 3 days, so backtracking... that would be 7:20 - 7:25 AM deployment time from WDL Bus Int. I don't see the bus after peak hours, so it might have been swopped with some other service (e.g. 187 at Boon Lay Depot).
Regarding the advertisement... I remember seeing the bus adless on the sides, its just the back I cannot remember clearly. I only saw the back once cos on the other 2 days I saw the bus, I don't have a view of the back, just the sides and the front.
There is only one such bus now that makes such a thunderous whine + kickdown, that is for sure. I can't be wrong about that.
Correct me if I am wrong though. Looking forward to your reply on this issue. Besides, it's a hobby, not some competition, so just chill. I don't want to contribute mis-information either.

TIB674M

"I have seen it running on 178 for at 3 days in a row (and it just passed by my street in the WDL-BLY direction). Also, I am 100% sure the bus is advertisement-less as I saw it, so please don't change that unless you have today's photo of it"

Did you saw the wrong bus? It is definitely impossible that its Tiger Palm advertisement was being removed. Furthermore, Admin Apex-LW'21 restored the original edit with a short note:

"bus is not adless."

Running on 178 for 3 consecutive days in a row does not mean it is a fixed deployment. Similarly to TIB976S case (happened a few days back), it ran on Feeder 804 for 4 consecutive days and it is not a permanent bus of Feeder 804 as of today. Therefore, please prove to me that TIB674M is on 178 "for at 3 days in a row". No one actually seen TIB674M running on 178 during the weekends. It will be great if you provide me with the timings, as a prove that TIB674M is on a fixed duty slot and fixed deployment.

Greatly appreciated.
