Homosexual and homosexuality

• Homosexual **homo and sexual are a combination of two words in very different contexts, actually it existed as two separate meanings unrelated to homosexual with the present connotations.

Homo means SAME in original Greek as in human or human kind<a same species>just as when one refers to "is there another kind <of homo>?" as a rhetorical question.

• Sexual<gender> is related to sex whether female or male, never meaning both together in normal person! However we do recognise and respect certain people who are born with both sexual organs as a particular kind, different from the main genetic pattern. A transsexual or born-enoch is described with the term Trans sexuality. However, it is not accurate to ascribe such a person with "homosexual" sexual orientation. Their orientation is more of a choice, and they may choose to confine to one type as others do. Nevertheless it not a healthy trend to acquire by habits wrong abnormal orientation types as some people do, and find justification in so doing! Society at large consider such as taboos.

However with the present context, this word<homosexuality> has evolved in its meanings from earlier words that meant an Enoch or a transsexual. To-date, it means anyone who had cultivated an attraction for the same sex gender as described gay or happy- in contrast to heterosexual. LGBT is an acronym that stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender.

• Of course, just to being a happy person does not necessary meant that person is a homosexual, just as the formal word of happy meaning joy or blessings in the sense of joyous feelings within the personality or a person's outlook in life!

• Gay means 'happy'- but in English slang it also means homosexual. A 'gay person' usually means a homosexual person. Gay is more often used to describe homosexual men. The word used to describe homosexual women is lesbian. While lesbian only describes homosexual women, gay can sometimes be used for men or women.

Lev. 18:22, "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination".

Lev. 20:13, "If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltness is upon them"

1 Cor. 6:9-10, "Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God?
