Microsoft Window 2000 is a software system that's working here in my PC..
A Country system is known as its "basic constitution" with its laws to work out in the practical affairs of those people who dwelt there and share their common livihood together. Their laws are like those tribal traditions that are there to control and prevent their system from becoming "chaos" when the basic rule breaks down under adverse circumstances. See the news in Fuji Island, they had another coup , that is the break down of the civil rule under a democratically elected system which somewhat fails.
So the army take over, and rule it with a fist (army rule or miltary rule).
Sgwiki here BTW is exactly like a sewage system where all Singaporeans thots and feelings are channeled into a small stream labelled the River of Singapore heheheh!
