Tongmenghui[[1]]In Chinese Hokkien means "Society of sympathetic families" literary translated as "moving door association" (同盟會) moving as "moving in the spirit"; door=families or clan-ship relation (peer groups)

It was a Group of activists against the old system of Garmen in old Mainland China under corrupt Dynastic (Qing Dynasty)officials who were more interested in their personal fortunes, than in the affairs of those they ruled. Note-able among them was Soon Boon whose famous name was Dr. Sun Yat Sen the {future)President of the Republic of China.
