	From Sunday, 14 November 2024 to 31 October 2025, Train services on the Bukit Panjang LRT will end an hour earlier at 22:30 every Thursday to Sunday (except Public Holidays). This is to facilitate the upgrading of the BPLRT signalling system, as well as the testing of the new and retrofitted Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs) on the BPLRT network. It will operate from Canberra Way, terminating at Sembawang Bus Interchange. This service will operate two trips during the morning peak period on weekdays during school term only. SBS Transit Bus Service 115 is a residential bus service that operates within the Lorong Ah Soo subzone, Hougang. It connects residents along Hougang Avenue 1, Hougang Avenue 3, and Upper Serangoon Road to NE13Kovan station. It is the only service that starts and ends at Kovan Hub, previously known as Hougang South Bus Interchange.

Initially introduced as part of a six-month trial in 2004, this service remains operational despite relatively low demand. However, additional buses were added under the Bus Services Enhancement Programme (BSEP) between 2012 and 2017 to reduce waiting times for commuters.
