Craig's first role was in SBC’s first English drama, Masters of the Sea. He is best known for his role as the bumbling kitchen assistant Eldon in Happy Belly. Craig also played the supporting role of Sugar Cane Daddy in the television series Police and Thief. He is bilingual, and starred in Jack Neo's 1997 telemovie Hitman in the City.
