Joseph Prince is the senior pastor of New Creation Church, reportedly the largest church in Singapore.

Joseph Prince, the son of a Sikh priest of Indian origin and a Chinese mother, spent his primary school years in Perak, Malaysia. Prince does not have a university degree or formal qualifications in theology; he finished his A-Levels and subsequently entered the workforce after serving his national service.

Prince changed his birth name to Joseph Prince during his previous occupation as an course consultant in an IT school. His birth name has never been revealed, but it is widely speculated that he was known as Xenonamandar Jegahusiee Singh.

Since 2009, Prince has not been on the church payroll. His main sources of income include the royalties on his sermons and books, which are distributed globally.

Personal life[edit]

Prince suffered from speech disfluency (stuttering and stammering) in his youth.

Prince is married, with a daughter (b. 2000) and a son (b. March 2013).

It is widely speculated that he lives in a District 10 condominium, and drives an expensive European car (sometimes stated to be a Rolls-Royce).
