Legends

  • STP Travelers are required to hold a valid Safe Travel Pass under any reciprocal green lanes agreements, and has to take a COVID-19 PCR Test up to 72 hours before departure and upon arrival in Singapore.
  • ATP Travelers are required to hold a valid Air Travel Pass, and has to take a COVID-19 PCR Test upon arrival in Singapore.
  • PA Travelers are required to take a COVID-19 PCR Test up to 72 hours before departure to Singapore.
  • DF Stay Home Notice at designated facilities

Notes

  • Travelers who had been to multiple countries within the last 14 days before arrival in Singapore will be benchmark against the worst combination factors of all the country above.
    • For example, if a traveler had been to New Zealand and Australia Victoria state in the last 14 days before arrival in Singapore, the traveler will only be allowed to transit at Changi Airport only (except Singaporeans and Permanent Residents) despite entering from New Zealand.
  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents who leave Singapore after 27 March 2020 will need to bear the cost of SHN fee at designated facilities.
  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents who enter Singapore after 31 August 2020 will need to bear the cost of COVID-19 PCR Test.
  • Long Term Pass Holders will need to bear the cost of both SHN fee at designated facilities and COVID-19 PCR Test if their entry approval is obtained after 15 June 2020.
  • All others visitors are required to bear the cost of both SHN fee at designated facilities and COVID-19 PCR Test.
