Notes

• All travellers will need to undergo a COVID-19 PCR Test upon arrival in Singapore (including Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents) and at their end of the SHN.
• Travellers who had been to multiple countries within the last 14 days before arrival in Singapore will be benchmark against the worst combination factors of all the country above.
• Travellers may opt out of dedicated SHN facilities and serve at their place of residence if (a) occupying their place of residence alone, or (b) only with household members who are also persons serving SHN with the same travel history and duration of SHN.
• All traveller will need to bear the cost of COVID-19 swab test.
• All traveller will need to bear the cost of SHN fee at designated facilities.
• Travellers with Air Travel Pass/Safe Travel Pass must download, install and turn on the TraceTogether application on their mobile phone prior to departure to Singapore. Travellers must submit the TraceTogether data to the Singapore authority when contacted to facilitate COVID-19 tracing process. Travellers will only be allowed to uninstall/remove the application 14 days after departure from Singapore.
