-According to your logic, with so many pending changes and unknown details about CR151 and by creating that page, what about CJ151, C851E etc.? I purposefully deleted and remove those page because nothing had been finalized. Not even an actual train set had been manufactured. How can we be that sure? Just like how bus models page was created after the first vehicle come into registration, train model will follow the same, with page name (future) being listed instead of hyperlink or created.

-There is nothing that say that N1 and N2 are the renumbered of NR1 and NR2 hence the statement put will be introduced and may be discontinued, instead of transferring operators. I hope you understand it, as more details will be known on that day if it is just renumbered or literaly a new service. It could also be the whole night bus (NiteOwl and NightRider) route rationalisation.
