RE:Editing of deployment of services & RE:Bus Deployments by Package

Hi SBS3602U,

Sorry for the late replies for these two message. After much consideration for your previous feedback, I had decided to bring back Bus Deployments from Depots to replace SBS Transit Bus Deployments from Depots and SMRT Bus Deployments from Depots. This was due to current PTO practices of dual depot and not all negotiated packages was control by a single depot.

In light of this, I had converted the "Main Depot" Columns for Bus Deployments by Package to "TBC" for those negotiated packages. If all services was controlled by a single depot like Bulim and Loyang, you may revert it with the name of packages, otherwise leaving empty would be better.

I would propose to have SBS Transit Bus Deployments by Service, SMRT Bus Deployments by Service, Tower Transit Bus Deployments by Service, Go Ahead Bus Deployments by Service to be merged into Bus Deployments by Service with the formatting closely follows those PPSS and City Direct. Do you have any others ideas?

Thanks & Regards

History of Bus Services

Good Morning SBS3602U,

Hi and thanks for the head-start in revamping the History of Bus Services pages.

According to my talk page, the listings should be by numerical service order (for trunk services), once the revamp is done, we can actually merged over to a new title.

In that case, it will be:
History of Services 1 - 20
History of Services 21 - 40

And so on, in one page rather than just sorting it by operator.

Good Morning,

I was actually proposing that the History of Bus Services article pages be listed by Service number and not splitting into different current operators.

However, what we can do is that we can merge the SBST/SMRT/TT/GA history of buses into one page as long as its sorted by service number.

Re: Enquiry

Hi there.

I think it is better if we stick to the total number of buses/duties deployed/scheduled on weekdays instead.

Helps to check if SWT 858B still in operational

Hi SBS3602U,

Accordingly to SMRT journey.smrt.com.sg, the shortworking service 858B had vanished. Can help to try and spot during the morning peak hours whether it is still operating after BCM?

Thanks & Regards
