Hi,
I had revert your edit claiming Service 114A was introduced on 1 January 2022. The official press released, [1] indicate it to be on 31 December 2021.
Also to clarified, the rules had also implied, even at the travel advisory, that bus/train operations before 4am of any given day would be considered as the previous day. So 3am on 1 January should be consider as service operation on 31 December despite being past midnight.
