User 'SBS8478D' has kindly questioned me with regards to the recently implemented festive effects.
Is there any way for editors/users to disable this effect? It may affect their editing/viewing experience.

Protection Level
Hi.
This is with regards to the protection level of Template:Travel Advisory.
I do not understand why minor details that are corrected had warrant in a page being locked to a certain group of users.
Do you think that is reasonable? I do not think that is the case.
I can understand the need for protection level of SgWiki:Unacceptable Username to be raised as it is supposed to be a rule.
If this action and/or query warrants in a ban of any length, I also believe that is going too far.
