As part of SGRainbow's initiative to provide platform for young gay and bisexual men, Ambassador Hunt was introduced and conceptualised.

Since 2009, Ambassador Hunt has grown in terms of its concept, support and garnering contestants from all walks of life.

Specifically a one-of-its-kind event for the young gay and bisexual men in Singapore, the Ambassador Hunt has been noted for its interesting programmes lined up for its participants during the course of the hunt.

Introduction[edit]

Ambassador Hunt 4 (AH4) is a talent competition (ala Got Talent) spanning 3 to 4 months to find the next talented gay and/or bisexual individual who will be at the forefront of the youth community in Singapore.

The different stages for the AH4 is as follows:

  • 2) Heats
  • 3) Staging Round 1
  • 4) Staging Round 2

Talent[edit]

Talent, in our context, refers to any unique performance that will be able to capture audience's attention. Here are examples of talents which you may have:

  • 1) Singing
  • 2) Dancing
  • 3) Magic Tricks
  • 4) Card Tricks
  • 5) Stand-up comedy

And of course, the list goes on..

Concept[edit]

AH4 follows a mixture of both "Got Talent" and "X Factor" concept but overall, combining them to be unique in its own way. More on this soon.

Mentors & Judges[edit]

Like in X Factor, there are judges and mentors who will guide the contestants to ensure they perform well. However, in AH4, judges ARE NOT mentors and vice versa.

There are 4 mentors - all of whom are chosen specifically for this - and of course 4 judges who will be judging each of the performances.

The list of mentors and judges will be revealed once the publicity is out after Chinese New Year.
