190 perms
Hi, may I know how do you define perms on 190? There has got to be a clear definition on the specific frequent appearances of DDs that are doing 190, as some DDs rotate.
Also, unless 107L is spotted doing the first few duties from Kampong Bahru, which have "sticky" single decker buses, I do not believe that 107L perms 190 unless proven otherwise. This is where I ask how frequent is 107L on 190.
In addition, I hope that you also keep track of the number of extra buses that is seen in the notes and do balance where necessary. Thanks and regards!
Reply: Fleet size and duties matter
Hi.
Those services that you have mentioned earlier use buses from other services, hence the total fleet size & duty count don't tally. It is somewhat the same as SBS, where there are instances of having more duties than buses, or lesser duties than buses even though the service does not practise jumpbus. Their fleet are not interchangeable like 61 & 991 case.
Hope this clarifies your query.
Re: 190 SDs count
Ah I see. Hopefully, I only saw about 6-7 SDs on 190 the previous Sundays. But I will check if there a total of 11 SDs on 190 during peak hours next Sunday.
Thanks,

Re: 975B observations
Hi, sorry for the late reply since I have been busy doing other stuff, but I am not sure if DDs from 975 will do 975B on Sundays but I promise that I will observe if it is random or it's from 975. I will update you when its done
Thanks,

302x190 high capacity bus crossover
Hi, may I ask is SG6244L the bus that does 302x190 crossover at 1616 hrs? Cos I have spotted all the other DDs running on 302 during PM peak (1800 - 1900 hrs). Thanks!
Edit: Also for 302A, the 3 AM and 3 PM buses are different. I suspect they are either 976 (most likely - 1574P and 1575L frequently seen), 970 or 188 crossovers but they are very random and sometimes 300 and 307 buses are used.

Re: SG6244L
Yea SG6244L OS from 302 around 12pm. Most likely 6244L perms this crossover. Bendies frequently replace missing 302 DDs so it probably also applies to 6244L.
As for 302A, I have seen 976-302-something on DDU before. 121U and 122S from 188 also frequently appear on either 302A or the full 302 crossover during PM peak.
Thanks for your reply
Re: 302A SDs
Yea 302A SDs are random but some appear more frequently than others like 1611, 1648 (Spare); 121, 122, 1580, 1581 (188); 1574, 1575 (976) and 970 SDs. These are also common on the full 302 evening crossover
Re: 184x302
Hi I am not sure what block number it is on, but you can catch it from Yew Tee Stn bus stop at around 5.50pm (its the first High-capacity bus after 4 consecutive 302 SDs).
From my observation it is almost always a svc184 Enviro500 or Bendy but it has characteristics of a 302 split shift duty opposite of SG6244L. It runs for a short while in the morning on 302A then run much longer in the evening on 302 until late night (whereas 6244L runs from early morning all the way until noon). I'm not sure if it runs on 184 during AM Off-Peak but its almost always a 184 perm bus
184 and 302 bendy buses
Hi, do help to KIV if 184 and 302 bendy buses that are still interchangeable. Also I have seen some 176 perm buses running on 190 often/some days. Need help to observe if its still interchangeable thanks.

Regarding your first line in my message wall, not just bendies go onto their respective services but can still do 302 even when perm 184. Also, 190 bendy buses comes from both 184 & 302 based on my observations.
And, your third paragraph about 176 & 190 DDs, I would say they are still running, but sometimes it may also come from 184 to do 176 & 190, possibly might be interchangeable. And for 5018C, bus might be possibly spare bus if it were to run on other services or 176, but 190 is the main dominant for this bus. I hope you will look further observing. Thanks

190x302A SD
Hi I don't think the 190x302A crossover still exists cos I have never seen any 190 SDs on 302A. 302A AM SDs are random but usually there is 1 from 188 (usually 1563 or OCs)
Re: 190x302A SD
I see. Thanks for the info. I suspect it is the bus that does not do a full 302 downroute from Yew Tee Stn for its final trip.
Re: SG6073M
Hi I'm not sure the exact time SG6073M OS but I only see it in the mornings. Most likely OS before 1pm.
Re: 302/302A deployments
Hi for 300x302 I'm not sure about the duty number but on one of the days last week, I saw 1498B on 300 in the afternoon and on 302 in the evening. I frequently see 300 SDs (especially 1498B, yesterday was 1512T) on 302 in the evening though not everyday.
For 188x302A I have seen a 188 SD (1563X or OC500LE 15T/121U/122S) almost every day since the schedule change
For 302-190-35, I really don't think it crossover to 302A. All 302A buses do multiple trips. None of them does only 1 trip. I think it does 302 crossover instead cos I have seen 1 extra bus on some days
Hi thanks for the info. I will continue to observe and gather as much info as possible. Cheers to you too!
Re: CCK bus deployments
Hi thanks for your info. 5014M and 5042G seem to run on 190 more frequently recently. I saw 5014M on Sat too. For 3572G I saw it on 190 much more than the other 176 DDs so I reckon it got redeployed to 190. With so many new intakes, I think 5019, 5032 and 5769 got deployed out of 190 probably to 184 or 985
For 302x190 (6073M), I think there are at least 3 departures. 2+pm from KBT, 4.12pm from CCK, there will be 3 departures if it goes back to CCK. Its duty number is 190-190-39 so I thought it was 302 AM and 190 PM
