On July 19, Long queues and frustrated passengers were seen at Changi Airport after a global tech glitch affected flights, banking and company operations in countries including Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, India and Australia.

Changi Airport’s service personnel were also seen giving comfort food to the distressed.

There was a bug found in Crowdstrike’s software update which caused major delays in Changi Airport.
