'''Punggol''', alternatively known as Ponggol, is a  is a planning area and a new town located in the Singapore's northeast region within the Tanjong Punggol peninsula. It has a land area of approximately 9.57 km<sup>2</sup>, and ranks 31st, 17th and 16th in terms of size, population and density. The town is located north of [[Sengkang]], east of [[Seletar]] by the riverine boundary, west of [[Pasir Ris]], and south of [[Johor Bahru]] via the maritime boundary of Straits of Johor.
