The Marina Coastal Expressway (Abbreviation: MCE; Chinese: 滨海高速公路; pinyin: Bīnhǎi Gāosù Gōnglù; Tamil: மரினா கரையோர விரைவுச்சாலை; Malay: Lebuhraya Pantai Marina) is the tenth of Singapore's network of expressways. Construction for the MCE began in 2008 and was completed at the end of 2013. It had its opening ceremony on 28 December 2013 by Senior Minister of State Mrs Josephine Teo, together with Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong and was officially opened on 29 December 2013.
