- 23 March - 29 March - The Singapore flags on all government buildings are flown at half-mast as a mark of respect for the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew.
- 26 March - Special parliamentary session for Mr Lee Kuan Yew.
- 29 March - Mr Lee Kuan Yew is given a state funeral. 86 bus services were diverted or suspended, the biggest for a single event in Singapore's history.
