Downtown Line: Agar Panel by Genevieve Chua
In a nod to the religious landscape around Mattar Road, the artist transformed agarwood shavings – a rare type of wood used in incense and perfumes – into a cosmic landscape. The work acts as a subtle wayfinding device, leading commuters to and from the platform and concourse.^[1]
