172 deployment

Hi hi,

So sorry but is there prove that 1409J is part of the roster. As far as I know, the 172 perm SDs deployed on regular basis are basically the OC perm, 315C(perm AP along with 17M and 6U/19H) and 1594G and sometimes 1615E. S shift are mostly OC cameo from 975. The 2 SD slots done by Yutong previously are also OC cameo.

Minimise conflicts

Hi,

I don’t mean to stir up conflicts if you see my past edit of SG5497E deployment and user SG5064X repeatedly undoing and. There are prove from LTA SG IG that 5497E ad is meant for 190 and as of today, same Ad intact and is still on 190. However user SG5064X, unfortunately kept removing and even denying former deployment. There is no rationale that the bus is not 190 perm ever since Nov 2024 and I see this bus even today on regular slots of 190. I need your help to assist in this.

172 fleet count

Hi TIB832Z,

Need your help to verify 172 fleet count on Weekdays. So far I only know that: 1. 172 has 5 SL duties (2 SDs & 3 DDs) so for GB side need your verification 2. Total SD count on weekdays is 11= 9 GB+2 SL, with GB being OCs but need help to verify total DD count 3. KIV 70H and 110B perm 172

EV deployment

Hi TIB832Z,

I would need your help to verify EV SDs deployment on 190. Based on what I see, 190-31 and 190-35 wef this week change to Zhongtong N12 whereas, 190-36 is still OC. Also I realised, 190 have been using 2 bendies on weekdays S shift and recently 8028D on 190, need your help to KIV and verify since you have a better gage of deployment and also to prevent getting into conflict war though I am certain Zhongtong especially and A24 are a regular arrangement on 190.

Also, need help to verify BYD if it is also a perm arrangement for 976 as I saw 1 BYD everyday.

Justified claim to my edit

To avoid any edit war, I would like to stand my ground to justify because I did wrote a letter to SMRT team and got a confirmed reply before putting the edit in.

“We would like to share that bendy buses are deployed on Service 190 where operationally feasible. However, the number of bendy buses that can be assigned is subject to operational considerations, including depot and parking space constraints.” ~Ms Sherine Rao, SMRT Commuter Engagement (cos I can’t upload the screenshot but I do have the screenshot.)

Please help to justify as I do not want to be seen as misleading.

Can I check if SMB59S is transferred to WL or just for installation of 2nd Gen IFTS because if I never see wrongly, I think SMB59S is on 985 GBDEP slot but I might have seen rego wrongly as I was on SG5587D on 190 just now.

Prevent conflict war

Hi TIB832Z,

I would like to comment that I am not deliberately making things difficult but it is not the first time when the edit I made despite verfication being removed. Below are the following instances:

1. In 2024/2025, LTA already posted on media that Christmas ad was meant for 190, when I edited the same user kept on removing it and claiming it a cameo

2. When 190 received Electric buses deployment officially on its first week, the same user kept denying

3. I am not uttering nonsense but various B9TL on 190 weekdays roster do 983 over the weekends and usually the same timing, including 5579C and 5580Y that were on 190 roster till mid-April. Now the slots are done by 5157L and 5159G on weekdays and yesterday both appeared at the same timing on 983’s Saturday roster. Reason why I have not put 5157L and 5159G is to ensure the conclusion is not reached yet too soon. But the Saturday deployment is pretty much a perm thing after 983 rcv route amendment.

While I respect all users in particular the admin and seniors, I sincerely hope that respect is mutual and not one-sided otherwise it is very difficult to have accurate and updated information posted. Please help to speak to the respected senior user SG5064X. I know that you are a user who values wiki accuracy and peace. Thank you.
