The Tampines Expressway (TPE) is a highway in the north-eastern and east region of Singapore, linking the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) near Singapore Changi Airport in the east to the Central Expressway (CTE) and Seletar Expressway (SLE) in the north of the island.

The expressway has 14 vehicular interchanges, the Seletar, Seletar Aerospace, Seletar Link, Punggol West, Punggol, Tampines, Api Api, Pasir Ris, Loyang & Upper Changi Flyovers, Changi Viaduct and Changi North Cres, Elias Rd & Tampines Link. It also has 1 road bridge and 2 rail lines crossing the expressway, the Punggol East Flyover and East–West Line & North East Line.
