Sorry to bother you.I would like to clarify something.SMRT did post on it website that wheelchair accessible bus are being put with a sticker at the windscreen.Today,SMB116K ply on 189  with the sticker and with a duty code 189AM07.But why it is consider  a 190 perm not 189 perm.
