Anderson Junior College merged with [[Serangoon Junior College]] in 2019 and renamed as Anderson Serangoon Junior College, which is a combination of the two schools' names, having the "older" school's name in front. The former Serangoon Junior College principal, Mr Manogaran Suppiah took over as the new principal.
