Discussion: Service 178 Perm Buses

Arthur Jie Some doubts which I would like to clarify cos' I've absoultely no idea why. Because apparently striders especially TIB648P and TIB649L have been doing 178 like weeks already and I do find something wrong with Svc 178 short of so many buses. Do consider this as well, thanks!
