SBS Transit noted BYD BC12A04 accidents to date, according to sequence
1. SG3126P (On SWDEP 325), accident with van along Hougang Ave 10, resulting in smashed windscreen.
Status: Repaired
2. SG3226J (On SWDEP 27), accident with car bef punggol road (In the direction heading towards airport.
Status: Repaired
3. SG3107U (On SWDEP 163), accident with car along punggol road, near rivervale blk 133A (In the direction heading towards toa payoh.
Status: Repaired
4. SG3219E (On SWDEP 372), accident with SG5914T at the bus stop outside Sengkang Community Club.
Status: Repaired
5. SG3111G (On SWDEP 159), accident with SG1814A at the junction outside AMK interchange

Sengkang West Depot exterior refurbishment
The following section documents the buses that went for exterior rebrushiment, done by SBST based out of Sengkang west depot.
Because of a unknown user removing it from the respective models pages, this serves as a tracker for those interested.
A Sengkang West refurbrished bus is as follows (Not related to LTA):
- BOLD license plate
- The new SBS Transit smaller logo
- Fresh coat of exterior paint
- Interior fitting remains as it is, non LTA specs (Although its been observed, certain units have a fresh coat of interior wall paint)
