Synopsis
Zhou Dabao has just transferred to a new school. He has a passion for Chinese drumming, inculcated by his grandfather Mr. Milk, who is a professional Chinese drum coach. Dabao's classmates aspire to enter the interclass performance festival, and after some discussion, decide to put up a Chinese drum performance, with coaching from Dabao's grandfather. The team don't get along well at first, especially with their stern drum coach. Dabao is picked on by his grandfather for his refusal to work as a team, but along the way to the competition, he is forced to integrate better with his classmates, as situations test the team repeatedly. On the day of the competition, a series of mishaps happen, including sabotage, and they nearly pull out of the competition. They persevere, but during the performance, Dabao's drum-stick flies out of his hand and he is only left with one. The team quickly improvise and continue their performance. Dabao's grandfather is finally impressed, with their show of team spirit in times of adversity.
