Recent page moves

When you want to do a bunch of large scale page moves that impacts a lot of pages, you are to seek consensus from the community, and NOT proceed unilaterally. Also, even if you want to move them yourself, at least make sure what you're doing is correct. The scale of your screw-ups are nothing short of major disruptions.
