	Train services between Tanjong Rhu and Bayshore stations (Thomson–East Coast Line Stage 4) will begin on Sunday, 23 June 2024. Free rides are available between those stations on Friday, 21 June 2024. Please refer here for more information. To facilitate testing on new trains, from 22 March 2024 to 30 June 2024, train service on the Bukit Panjang LRT will end earlier at 10.30pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Please refer here for more information. From Sunday, 28 April 2024, feeder bus service 296 will be introduced, plying between Tampines Int and Tampines North Dr 2 (Loop). Construction of Thomson East Coast Line

Ground freezing will be applied for the first time in Singapore rail construction when building the Thomson–East Coast Line part of this station, where it under-cross the existing North South Line and Circle Line tunnels.

• Circle Line: Train Rides on Rainy Days by Nah Yong En
  Just as rain brings cool relief and wash the city anew, this collection of images brings a refreshing element of nature into the underground station. The 14 raindrop photos depict scenes that commuters can see if they looked out of the window during a rainy train ride above ground.
• Circle Line: Flowers in Blossom II by Tay Chee Toh
  The mobile of delicate sculptures resembling flowers was originally hung in Orchard station. It was re-commissioned as homage to the legacy of art in Singapore’s MRT train stations, even before the Art in Transit programme was launched in 1997 for the North East Line.
