For the Kerasal Nail ad, it's the same case as the Westwood Residences ad on SBST buses not too long ago - ie, Some have the 3D pop-up, while some don't. 8518Y 8640B have the full-body Kereasal ad only, while 8866S has the full-body ad + a 3D pop-up.
