Eugene Low Soo Kiang (Chinese: 刘书强, Pinyin: Liú Shū Qiáng), also credited as Liu Yongqiang (Chinese: 刘永强, Pinyin: Liú Yǒng Qiáng) later in his career, is a Malaysian-born Singaporean actor.
