Bukit Panjang LRT (BPLRT) is the first Light Rail Transit (LRT) line. Traveling one loop takes about 30 minutes. The line is currently 7.7 km long with 13 stations and it is fully automated.
The line was formally 7.9 km long with 14 stations prior to the overhaul and upgrading works. As a result, Ten Mile Junction station was permanently closed.
