  • Train services between Tanjong Rhu and Bayshore stations (Thomson–East Coast Line Stage 4) will begin on Sunday, 23 June 2024. Free rides are available between those stations on Friday, 21 June 2024. Please refer here for more information.

    will be introduced, plying from Choa Chu Kang Road and terminating at Teck Whye Crescent (B/S 44969 (Aft Teck Whye Walk)). This service operates only on weekday mornings, except school and public holidays.

Bukit Panjang LRT (BPLRT) is the first Light Rail Transit (LRT) line. Traveling one loop takes about 30 minutes. The line is currently 7.7 km long with 13 stations and it is fully automated.

The line was formally 7.9 km long with 14 stations prior to the overhaul and upgrading works. As a result, Ten Mile Junction station was permanently closed.

Rolling stock[edit]

The rolling stock consists of Adtranz 801 and Bombardier Innovia 801A trains. These trains operate from Ten Mile Junction Depot near Bukit Panjang station.
