In light of the current COVID-19, sgWiki would like to remind all to:

Train services will be extended tonight. Several bus services will be extended to coincide with the last train timing. Please refer here for more information.
SMRT East West Line
  • Due to track maintenance and renewal works, train services between EW4 Tanah Merah and EW9 Aljunied stations will end at 11pm. Bridging bus service is available between the stations. Several bus services will be extended to coincide with the last bus timing. Please refer here for more information.

SMRT North South Line and East West Line
  • Due to track maintenance and renewal works, train services between NS1 Jurong East and NS4 Choa Chu Kang stations and between EW21 Buona Vista and EW27 Boon Lay stations will end at 11pm. Bridging bus service is available between the stations. Several bus services will be extended to coincide with the last bus timing. Please refer here for more information.

SMRT Thomson–East Coast Line

SMRT Thomson–East Coast Line
  • Due to system integrating test, train services between TE1 Woodlands North and TE3 Woodlands South stations will start at 6.30am. Please refer here for more information.

Train services will be extended on the eve of Good Friday. Several bus services will be extended to coincide with the last train timing. Please refer here for more information.
SBS Transit
  • From Wednesday, 18 March 2020 to Tuesday, 14 April 2020, bus services 160 and bus service 170 will be amended to loop Woodlands Centre Rd, skipping all bus stop in Malaysia. Please refer here for more information.
  • From Wednesday, 18 March 2020 to Tuesday, 14 April 2020, bus service 170X will be suspended. Please refer here for more information.

SMRT Buses
  • From Wednesday, 18 March 2020 to Tuesday, 14 April 2020, bus service 950 will be suspended. Please refer here for more information.

Bukit Panjang LRT (BPLRT) is the first Light Rail Transit (LRT) line. Traveling one loop takes about 30 minutes. The line is currently 7.7 km long with 13 stations and it is fully automated. The project was contracted to Adtranz, Keppel Corporation and Gammon Construction.

The line was formally 7.9km long with 14 stations prior to the overhaul and upgrading works. As a result, Ten Mile Junction station was permanently closed.

10 December 2010 Temporary closure of Ten Mile Junction station due to redevelopment of Ten Mile Junction Shopping Mall.
Service C withdrawn.
30 December 2011 Ten Mile Junction station reopened after Junction 10 Shopping Mall reopened.
Service C resumed operation.
13 January 2019 Closure of Ten Mile Junction station.
Service C withdrawn.
1 December 2019 Operation convert to uni-direction (Service B) except during Weekday Peak Hours.

Rolling stock

The rolling stock consists of Bombardier INNOVIA C801 and Bombardier INNOVIA C801A trains. These trains operate from Ten Mile Junction Depot near Bukit Panjang station. The Ten Mile Junction Depot has maintenance and train overhaul facilities for trains along the Bukit Panjang LRT Line.
