Saw Phaik Hwa was a Chief Executive Officer of SMRT from December 2002 to 6 January 2012. She is the one who says 'People may choose to board the trains, is whether they choose to board to' in 2009. She had 19 years of experience in DFS since 1983. As she is born in 1957, she was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She is also the taiji practitioner.
