Thank you for your clarification. Do take note that the page you had mentioned was part of sgWiki Trains 2.0. It had not been rewrite / update to the current sgWiki Trains 3.0, hence the huge discrepancy of the layout.

The missing chapters are left intentionally as it was already mentioned clearly at others pages.
For example,

*Chapter 7 can be found in [[SgWiki:Guidebook/sgWiki Trains]]
The [[SgWiki:Guidebook/Rules]] is an extension with more in-depth elaboration of the above.
