The reason was on 5 January 2020, user TIB1030P was being blocked by disruptive editing. To prevent multiple account as stated in [https://sgwiki.com/index.php?title=Template:Notice&oldid=467962 here (Notice at that point), any account created within 48 hours, which also included yours, may be banned for abusing multiple account (ban evasion).
As such, I did not abused my administrators rights as this was clearly stated.
Next, I will not be able to comply with the request to block Gorving is AirFan19 due to the following:
- 1. Gorving had reported me to the owner without consultation relevant party about the abused of my administrators rights.
- 2. Multiple account similiar like GorvingZ, G0rv1ng and Gorving is AirFan19 came out and if I block them, it would backfire me for abusing my administrators rights.
- 3. SBS3107H misused the administrators right by locking page for his/her own used, but ended up me being accused for blocking him/her (legitimate reasons for disruptive editing and abusing of his/her administrators right).
- 4. AirFan19 had claimed that I had abused of my administrators rights to block him/her.
