The reason was on 5 January 2020, user TIB1030P was being blocked by disruptive editing. To prevent multiple account as stated in [https://sgwiki.com/index.php?title=Template:Notice&oldid=467962 here (Notice at that point), any account created within 48 hours, which also included yours, may be banned for abusing multiple account (ban evasion).

As such, I did not abused my administrators rights as this was clearly stated.
Please read the Notice. There is a glitch for any uploaded photos and all the administrators cannot do anything about it.
 
Next, I will not be able to comply with the request to block [[Special:Contributions/Gorving is AirFan19|Gorving is AirFan19]] due to the following:
*1. [[Special:Contributions/Gorving|Gorving]] had reported me to the owner without consultation relevant party about the abused of my administrators rights.
*2. Multiple account similiar like [[Special:Contributions/GorvingZ|GorvingZ]], [[Special:Contributions/G0rv1ng|G0rv1ng]] and [[Special:Contributions/Gorving is AirFan19|Gorving is AirFan19]] came out and if I block them, it would backfire me for abusing my administrators rights.
*3. [[Special:Contributions/SBS3107H|SBS3107H]] misused the administrators right by locking page for his/her own used, but ended up me being accused for blocking him/her (legitimate reasons for disruptive editing and abusing of his/her administrators right).
*4. [[Special:Contributions/AirFan19|AirFan19]] had claimed that I had abused of my administrators rights to block him/her.
