  • SBS9013E from AMDEP 143 was destroyed by the AMDEP fire on 10 March 1998 and was laid-up, and subsequently scrapped.
  • SBS9163E, SBS9174Z & SBS9188J from AMDEP 25 were burnt by another AMDEP fire on 7 March 2010, subsequently laid-up, and finally de-registered after 6 months of laid-up.
  • SBS9168S is the last Leyland chassis ever built in the world.
  • AMDEP & BRBP buses are interchangable.
