Serangoon Junior College (SRJC) is a junior college in Singapore and was established on March 1988. It is located in Hougang, Singapore, offering two-year pre-university courses leading to the GCE Advanced Level examinations. The academic standards of Serangoon Junior College had been improving consistently, as it gained recognition as one of the leading government colleges in the district. This was complemented with the rise in admission standards of the college, from a cut-off point of 20 in the 1989 intake to 11 in the 2016 intake at the annual Joint Admission Exercise (JAE).
Anderson Junior College will merge with Anderson Junior College in 2019 as announced on April 20, 2017. The merged school will be named as Anderson Serangoon Junior College, which is a combination of the two schools' names, having the "older" school's name in front.
