I has seen SBS3159H on 5P yesterday, that slot is an on and off deployment between DD and SD hence meaning sometimes use DD, sometimes use SD.

I believe that not all jumpbus services have a reduced bus fleet in line with the number of duties.

If you are certain that the information is false, you may go ahead and amend accordingly.

-Nowadays I’m  seeing 1 full day SD on 147 every day on bus apps. Can you please observe for any SDs on 147A? Based on the timing, I believe the downsized slot is duty 3A (SBS7392Z), which does 147A in the morning.
