Interpretation | ||
1. | In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires — “editor(s)” refers to the user who edits sgWiki; | |

Exemption | ||
2. | Any poll suggestion that does not fall under general administration will not be open for polling. | |
3. | Members of the polling committee are not encouraged to participate in the poll to avoid bias in decision making. Votes made by any member of the polling committee will be voided. | |
4. | Any member of the polling committee may closed the poll early if | |
(i) | there are minimum of 10 poll/discussion and | |
(ii) | any of the poll option(s) had cross the 50% mark. | |
Rules | ||
5. | Any editor(s) may request for any poll/discussion at any talk page of a page or an existing poll page. Any of the polling committee member must open a new poll page unless stated in paragraph (2). Each poll will be open for a minimum of 7 days unless stated in paragraph (4). | |
6. | All editor(s), except stated in paragraph (3), are encouraged to vote according to the instructions. | |
7. | All editor(s) may change its vote cast at any time as long as the poll are opened. | |
8. | Once the polling dateline ended, the respective poll will be closed and the member of the polling committee will make a decision based on the majority's discussion viewpoint. In the event of no clear consencus, the poll may be extended or rejected. The outcome of the poll are final and no appeal will be entertained. |
