Singapore Ducktours started operation in 2001, beginning with 2 Condiesel LARC-V vehicles after getting permits from Land Transport Authority (LTA) and Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). All Condiesel LARC-V vehicles were purchased from Singapore Armed Forces who have progressively de-registered these vehicles from 2000. Singapore Ducktours had also learnt experience from London and Hong Kong, with 4 Scania L94UB (Soon Chow) buses purchased in 2003, and also had City Sightseeing licence, with colourful liveries between 2004 and 2010:
PA4685C: Yellow (Hippy)
PA4709T: Red (Hurray)
PA5418B: Purple (Purpee)
PA5420T: Pink (Pinkie)
PA6432C: Blue (Bingo)
PA6433A: Green (Kermee)
PA7143E: White (Snow White)
PA7187D: Brown (Cookie)
PA7316Z: Orange (Julius)
These first four Scania L94UBs were the final Walter Alexander R-bodied buses since production of Alexander R had been completely ended in 2000.
In 2010, Singapore Ducktours standardised all operations, with older buses had to be painted in brown Big Bus livery as "The Original Tour - Singapore Sightseeing" and newer buses are to be repainted into red corporatised City Sightseeing livery. There is also a short-lived light blue Singapore 7 Sightseeing livery, until it was standardised into brown Singapore 7 Sightseeing from 2016.
In 2018, Singapore Ducktours had merged all operations into Big Bus Singapore, and it is called "Big Bus & Duck". City Sightseeing ceased all operations totally from Singapore, since December 2022.
