PIS System

You may have noticed that me and 'Neon'(aka Rui Jing in SGF) have noticed some buses with the PIS System, fully fitted. I'm wondering if we should include the buses P indicating that it has PIS system. Some examples are 7301 and 7486.

Noted. Still as consideration. SBS3107H 08:15, 4 August 2013 (SGT)

Could also consider putting for A22 and SMRT Citaro as only some of them have it installed.

Service 188 buses

Please enlighten me with your observation of Service 188 buses. How often do you see TIB549S and TIB611U on Service 188?

And why does TIB762S and TIB767D keep appearing on Service 178? I have been riding TIB767D 178AM08 during the past few weekdays.

TIB767D Is replacing TIB438D but that's still unconfirmed whether TIB438D is out or not. The reason is unknown whether the bus has maintenance issues which that temporarily replaced by TIB767D or simply out of Service 178. Likewise for TIB762S, it keeps jumps around Service 178 slots which determined inconsistency running on Service 178. As a conclusion, I need time for confirmation.
For Service 188, just forget about the matter. SBS3107H 18:57, 4 August 2013 (SGT)

All right, I've noted for the 178 matter. Just a few days ago i still see 438D on 178. And i've noticed 178 change of timings. Usually the bus arriving bbt poly ard 7 is 1311G (AM01), now changed to temp-767D (AM08).

okay noted for the service 188 matter.

Noted the message given. SBS3107H 08:14, 5 August 2013 (SGT)

Service 241

U said Service 241 got 6A and 7P shifts in the weekdays. Can kindly advise which are the buses operating on these 7 shifts? considering that there are no fleet add and there are still 2 S shift buses done by perm 241 buses?

I'm not sure. SBS3107H 20:13, 13 August 2013 (SGT)

Service 882

Recently, SMB1340Y and SMB1341U have been on Svc 882 recently and there are most likely the perm replacements of SMB170C and SMB171A. Hence, I would need to clarify if should this case happen, will these two MAN A22 still be under WLDEP or WLBP or transferred to AMDEP.

Second day appearance already. But again, it might be temp perms so I'm not quite sure, but I also do believe that there is a fleet change as agreed from other ppl as well.

You remind me of this matter. I did saw 1 MAN on 882 last night in SBW. Thought was a crossover bus but maybe its not.
But as from what I know, Citaros have a lot of technical problems. SMB1340Y and SMB1341U might be only temporal perms but sure still needs more observation whether its deployed to 882 or not and also whether transferred to other bus park/depot. SBS3107H 18:34, 19 August 2013 (SGT)

1) With the Citaros cameoing on other services, I doubt the technical problems is the main reason for the two MAN A22 to replace the Citaros, and I don't think the MAN A22 are temp perms. Recently, SMB170C did appear on 851 this week.

2) A fleet renewal usually involves a depot transfer. Since the MAN A22 are dominated by WLDEP, I wouldn't be surprised if 882 were to experience a depot transfer. The same scenario also applies to other services such as 811.

But if you still think that this is a too rash edit and there is a need for more observation, I won't say anything. Too lazy to revert edits anyway.

Service 302

Service 302 is also under BSEP as well, which uses TIB1153T as a perm bus under BSEP.

Service 307 have a fleet add of SMB209B, which is part of BSEP without the usage of BSEP buses.

TIB1153T is a new addition to 302AM03/302PM03, on which it describes that the duty is to supplement BSEP trips without the aid of the BSEP buses, although SMB3045L is the only BSEP rigid bus operating.
