Comedy Nite (Simplified Chinese: 搞笑行动, literally: funny actions) was a long-running comedy variety show, broadcast on Mediacorp Channel 8 from 1990 to 2003.

The show consisted of various 20-minute long sketches.

Liang Popo[edit]

A sketch series that followed the life of Liang Popo (literally: Granny Neo). The series was spun off into a Liang Po Po: The Movie.

Liang Ximei (? - 2003)[edit]

A sketch series that followed the lives of HDB auntie Liang Ximei, and her sons Robert and Albert.

Gao Xiao News (? - 2003)[edit]

A sketch series in the style of the news, that satirised events, in the vein of The Noose.
