The bus that got featured in that SMRT YouTube video as mentioned in your 15:01 May 21, 2020 edit summary was not PC9271U. It was the same case for the press release. [1]

Pictures taken by a fellow enthusiast on 12 May after the press release. [2] [3]

Another fellow enthusiast captured PC9271U bearing the old livery on 15 May. [4]

It is unknown whether the mentioned bus gotten the COMET MAXI livery as of today.
