- SMB136C is the demonstrator and the only bus in the fleet to have its side EDS in the second window frame.
- SMB136C & SMB141L do not have Trapeze CFMS installed.
- SMB140P has its SMRT Buses' new livery's yellow line aligned above the headlights while SMB179D is aligned above the Mercedes-Benz badge.
- SMB140P, SMB162B & SMB179D have their front Mercedes-Benz badge affixed directly on livery colour.
- SMB145B, SMB150K, SMB151H, SMB157S, SMB165T, SMB171A, SMB172Y, SMB175P, SMB181X & SMB188C do not have 'CITARO' badge pasted on the front of bus.
