This refers to the various roads in the area named after towns in England, specifically - Bristol, Cambridge (Midlands), Carlisle (North), Derbyshire, Devonshire (an archaic name for what is now known as Devon), Gloucester, Hertford, Kent, Oxford (South), Rutland, Truro.
