It is hard to understand based on the edits itself what is the case. Therefore it was undone totally to prevent wrong misunderstandings.
-As for 1138T for 196, there is no sufficient evidence to state that the ad belongs to 196. Please state that it is a extra bus for 196 if it belongs there next time and not just add it inside because you think it might belong there. Should leave doubts as spare first instead next time.
