Hey there,
Regarding 1532K's ad, if you noticed, the only part that has the advertiser's ad details are in the 2/3 portion. The front 1/3 is covered by the green sticker (which has no ad details), which is similar to how SBST covers their 2/3 ads with a white sticker for the front 1/3.
Or putting it simply, SMRT Media printed the entire ad in sticker form as a whole - but only 2/3 of it has the ad details, purposely leaving the front 1/3 as blank (as in, without ad details) and printing the green sticker for the front 1/3 portion to save the hassle on their side.
