Hi.

It would be best to leave 8026J as a sv913 perm since sv913 currently have 2 bendy slots.

Hi,

Only the weekdays fleet should be listed on the table. This is to prevent inconsistency across other pages in the future & other users may halfheartedly update them. There’s only 2 days on weekends & 5 days for weekdays, hence I don’t see why is there a need to list the weekend fleet on the main table.
I think in the long run, it is still best to display the entire line as the degree of disruption may vary nonetheless.

Thanks & regards.
As for an entire line breakdown, sections with parallel bus services make dispersal and waiting time less complicated.

===Enquiry for Alternate Travel===
However, it is rather strange that going between South & North, between East & West it's faster and easier to get alternatives due to the availability of TEL and NSL respectively (I am not sure how many FBBs Pasir Ris to Boon Lay one has to go for a whole line breakdown), while it's much harder and haywire finding alternatives for origin/destinations within the same area in the West and North sections.

Hi admin,
For eg. due to the changes within Canberra town, the route to the next station Sembawang is only faster by FBB than by 117/M. Another example would be how travelling West from Tiong Bahru is only available via 33 and 122 which barely touches the next few stations westward.

I have seen the notice pasted on the main page. May I ask whether alternate bus service routes between 2 MRT/LRT stations of the same line include transferring between bus services or just direct bus services only? On a side note, feel free to give any additional advice if you need to.  Would like to help out. Thanks and regards.
I suggest that we can add footnotes for the above aforementioned stations that FBB is faster.

On a side note, I welcome the changes to add tourism elements to the wiki. Prior to that I also had listed down getting pictures for public amenities in the Planning Areas page, when I have the free time, I will revamp again.

Thanks for the advice. I have made extensive research on excluding Express/City Direct Services for alternate travel, and so far most alternate travel routes are able to utilise normal services with full day operations. The only exception that I have narrowed down to is Express 518, which operates for a full day and offers faster alternate travel between some Downtown Line stations. The following below is what I can single out, with all travel options on Express 518 reflected as a single direct trip without transferring to other bus services:

Hi.
'''Bayfront Direction'''(removable if transfers to trunk service 5 are prioritised)<br>
Tampines East DT33 --> Newton NS21/DT21<br>
Tampines West DT31 --> Newton NS21/DT21<br>
Bedok North DT29 --> Newton NS21/DT21<br>

'''Pasir Ris Direction'''<br>
Promenade CC4/DT15 --> Bedok North DT29<br>
Promenade CC4/DT15 --> Tampines West DT31<br>
Promenade CC4/DT15 --> Tampines East DT33<br>
Bayfront CE1/DT16 --> Bedok North DT29<br>
Bayfront CE1/DT16 --> Tampines West DT31<br>
Bayfront CE1/DT16 --> Tampines East DT33<br>

For these scenarios, we can label 518 as "Express 518" on the travel guide and make notes regarding concessions and required reference to bus timetable (reflected on the bus stops). I look forward to your advice on this. If this is not required, I will indicate the bus transfers instead, though I highly recommend that the Promenade/Bayfront trips to Bedok North and Tampines East/West be put up due to significant time savings. Thanks and regards.

==='''Progress Updates for DTL'''===
I will leave the fleet size as 4 for now. As far as I know they only have 4 buses scheduled with 5 AP duties every day.

Hi admin,
== Concourse and exit layout WIP ==

Thank you for the previous reminder regarding adding alternatives MRT routes alongside with buses, especially for the East West Line stations.
Bedok draft has been sketched from Photoshop, and I am on my way to collect more icons, and will make a visit to Admiralty probably next week to trial a similar layout.

After some hands-on work, the NEL, DTL, NSL templates will possibly see faster progress due to the huge number of MRT and bus alternatives to the respective destinations.
Current elevator dimension is 160x160 on a side note.

In addition, I have done a sample DTL template at Stevens station and several questions popped up in my head. As certain stations have only 1-2 bus stops that are accessible (or have only minute number of bus services), I find out that either that walking is required, or that nearby stations might have to be included (eg.DT18 matches with NS26/EW14, CC3 matches with NS25/EW13) so as to make DTL station access possible. The same applied while I was working on CCL Caldecott. I also have done a quick scan on street view to look for the presence of sheltered walkways leading from the stations to other bus stops (these include CC5, DT24, DT30). I will let you review the Stevens template and I look forward to getting some feedback. Once this has been solved, I will continue on the progress with the rest of the Downtown Line Stations. Thank you very much!
As discussed before, I agree that there is indeed a need for a file sharing system, especially for icons. Thanks and Regards

Rail Wiki Expansion

Hi Supernutorcrazy,

Is it OK to add info of train deployments (including TRNs and their sequences), acronyms legend and train fleet info (similar to what's done for buses)?
Data can be obtained from here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PMuCeF31etWzPv_U42qMaFoHvYwDpnkSWHgjvuuTxdg/edit
All data collated in the above document are based on spottings and observations from fellow enthusiasts.
